An Anniversary To Remember...
♥ Card I take my time and spend a couple hours finding the right cards. I pick two, one funny and one romantic.
♥ Flowers Arrange to have them delivered. Maybe have them delivered to her place of work a day early with a note saying how much you are looking forward to celebrating together. Build up the anticipation.
♥ Breakfast in bed Not everyone wants or is able to do this, but if you can it is a treat to remember. I don't know anyone who doesn't enjoy being pampered sometimes.
♥ Candy Even I can't resist chocolate covered cherries or truffles on an occasion like an anniversary celebration.
♥ Dinner An intimate meal at your favorite restaurant. If you don't have a favorite, this is the time to establish "your place" together.
♥ Champagne My wife and I always share a bottle of our favorite bubbly. We sometimes like to have a mimosa (champagne and orange juice) with breakfast the morning of our anniversary. See breakfast in bed.
♥ Getaway Even if it's just one night, we get a nice room that has a hot tub and fireplace. Sometimes we go back to the Caribbean and pop a bottle of champagne on the beach where we got married.
♥ Gift Meaningful to your past and your future together. Oh, and anniversary gift ideas aren't just for women. This is a celebration of "your" relationship together.
